There's lots of parking available in the Strip. Check out the huge lot on Smallman from 11th Street up to 16th Street (parking fee). Another surface parking lot is between Penn Avenue and Smallman Streets stretching from 13th to 14th Streets. Entrance to this lot is on Smallman Street (parking fee). You can also park at St. Stanislaus' lot at 21st Street and Smallman for a donation. There's another parking lot between Penn Avenue and Smallman Street stretching from 23rd to 24th Streets (parking fee). You can also find metered parking along Smallman Street from 14th Street up to 21st Street. The Cork Factory parking garage is now available at 24th and Smallman Streets (parking fee). Port Authority of Allegheny County It couldn't be easier to get the Strip District via Port Authority of Allegheny County's extensive public transportation network. With frequent and newly expanded 24-hour bus service, access to the Strip District has never been so convenient and affordable.
